للقياس عبر الشركة.\r\nسيكون هذا الدور مرئياً مباشرة للرئيس التنفيذي، ويضمن تنفيذ المبادرات الاستراتيجية بشكل فعال، وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء والإبلاغ عنها بشكل شفاف، ومحاسبة الإدارات على النتائج. ويدعم هذا الدور اتخاذ القرار ويساهم في بناء ثقافة تركز على الأداء والإنجاز والتحسين المستمر.\r\n\r\nالأدوار والمسؤوليات:\r\nأ. تصميم وتنفيذ إطار الأداء\r\n ترجمة الأهداف الاستراتيجية إلى خطط تنفيذ وتحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والأهداف\r\n دعم تنفيذ وحوكمة أطر إدارة الأداء المؤسسي (مثل بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، OKRs).\r\n تطوير خرائط طريق للتنفيذ، وتدفقات العمل، وخطط التنفيذ المتوافقة مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية.\r\n ب. مراقبة الأداء والتقارير\r\n تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ومقاييس النجاح، ولوحات مراقبة الأداء لمتابعة تقدم المبادرات.\r\n تطوير لوحات المعلومات، والبطاقات، وأدوات التقارير التنفيذية لمتابعة التقدم وإبلاغ صناع القرار.\r\n تنسيق المراجعات الدورية للأداء (ربع سنوية وشهرية) التي يرأسها الرئيس التنفيذي.\r\n دعم تنفيذ منصات تنفيذ الاستراتيجية (مثل OKRs، بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، أو نظم إدارة الاستراتيجية).\r\n ج. دعم التنفيذ\r\n العمل مع الوحدات التجارية وأصحاب المبادرات لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب وبكفاءة للمبادرات الاستراتيجية.\r\n تحديد ومعالجة العقبات التي تواجه التنفيذ من خلال تسهيل اتخاذ القرار والتنسيق بين الوظائف المختلفة.\r\n د. الحوكمة والتقارير\r\n تطوير وصيانة آليات التقارير الدورية، وتحديثات لجان التوجيه، والعروض التقديمية التنفيذية.\r\n تسهيل اجتماعات مراجعة الاستراتيجية وضمان رفع القضايا الحرجة إلى القيادة.\r\n هـ. تمكين التغيير والمواءمة\r\n دعم جهود إدارة التغيير بالتعاون مع الموارد البشرية، ومكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO)، والاستراتيجية لضمان انسجام الفرق مع الأولويات الاستراتيجية.\r\n المساعدة في مواءمة أنشطة الإدارات وتخطيط الموارد مع خارطة طريق تنفيذ الاستراتيجية للشركة.\r\n تسهيل التنسيق بين الإدارات بشأن الأولويات، والجداول الزمنية، ومقاييس الأداء.\r\n العمل كمُمكِّن محايد لدفع الوضوح والمواءمة والمساءلة عبر الوحدات التجارية، بالشراكة الوثيقة مع المالية، والموارد البشرية، ومكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO)، والاستراتيجية.\r\nثالثاً. المتطلبات الدنيا\r\n يُقرّر مباشرة للرئيس التنفيذي، لضمان المواءمة الاستراتيجية، والتنفيذ التشغيلي، والتكامل السلس مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة.\r\n خبرة في العمل مع أطر تنفيذ الاستراتيجية (مثل OKRs، مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، بطاقة الأداء المتوازن).\r\n مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والقدرة على التعامل مع أصحاب المصلحة الرفيعي المستوى.\r\n تعتبر الخبرة في القطاع العام أو قطاع التكنولوجيا ميزة إضافية.\r\n إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (ويشترط أن يكون المتحدثون باللغة العربية متحدثين أصليين).\r\n رابعاً. المؤهلات الدنيا\r\n درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو الاستراتيجية، أو الهندسة الصناعية، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل حمل درجة الماجستير أو ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال).\r\n 7 سنوات فأكثر من الخبرة في تنفيذ الاستراتيجية، أو الاستشارات الإدارية، أو التحول المؤسسي، أو أدوار مكتب إدارة الاستراتيجية (Strategy PMO).\r\n خامساً. ظروف العمل\r\n التنفيذ الاستراتيجي والتخطيط التشغيلي\r\n اتخاذ القرارات القائمة على البيانات\r\n إشراك أصحاب المصلحة والتأثير فيهم\r\n
