"Looking for a car to rent monthly in Rabigh by Taurabgh for work purposes. Budget is a maximum of 600-700 Saudi Riyals. I will bear the maintenance costs (oil changes and tires). The car must be from 2012-2014 in good condition to obtain entry permit. Expected daily distance is 15 km."
