الجودة، والعمليات).\r\n البقاء على اطلاع دائم بأحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات والأدوات الناشئة في مجال اختبار البرمجيات وهندسة الجودة.\r\n تحديد الفجوات أو حالات عدم الكفاءة في عمليات ضمان الجودة وقيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر.\r\n تقديم التوجيه والقيادة خلال الحوادث والانقطاعات في بيئة الإنتاج، وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية.\r\n تحديد وجمع وتقرير المقاييس الرئيسية المتعلقة بالجودة ومؤشرات الأداء عبر الفرق.\r\n \r\nالمتطلبات\r\n خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال ضمان الجودة أو اختبار البرمجيات أو دور مشابه.\r\n فهم قوي لدورات حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC) ودورة حياة اختبار البرمجيات (STLC) ومنهجيات ضمان الجودة.\r\n مهارات تواصل وتسهيل وتدريب وتعاون ممتازة، مع قدرة مثبتة على العمل بكفاءة ضمن فرق متعددة الوظائف.\r\n خبرة عملية في استخدام أدوات ضمان الجودة وأطر
