H1 Violation of Transporting Pilgrims

Hello A question, and whoever answers, please answer from experience. A Saudi friend took my H1 car with a power of attorney and used it to transport pilgrims without a permit, got caught, was imprisoned for 15 days, and the car was impounded for one month. Afterwards, he was released and obtained a letter from traffic authorities stating that the car owner has no violations, and successfully retrieved the car from impoundment and returned it to me. However, the car disappeared from my name on Absher, and when I asked traffic authorities, they said there is a sales ban on it. I kindly request anyone who has been through the same experience to guide me on what I should do in this situation
