The machine is good and clean, comes with a one-year warranty and a few months, and includes accessories (paper espresso filter/metal filter/distributor/tamper/powder disperser/metal stand that you place on the portafilter to prevent coffee from spilling) For honesty, I encountered an issue and took it in for warranty service; they said there was nothing wrong. I asked them to double-check, but they confirmed nothing was wrong, so it's probably due to my own misuse
