Xbox One and Xbox One S

Hello and God's mercy I have two Xboxes, one is clean but has a problem, I don't know if it's from the controller or not. When you play, the controller turns off and on, and when you connect it to the charger, it turns off once, and the right trigger of the controller is broken. It's without a power adapter, not expensive. As for the Xbox One S, it had a sudden power surge issue, turned on afterward, but the Xbox no longer works; the problem is with the internal power supply. Its price isn't high, that's what I know.
