Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive international media relations strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of Qiddiya Investment Company. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company in international media engagements, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging. Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials that effectively convey Qiddiya's projects and initiatives. Manage all aspects of media outreach, including pitching stories, responding to inquiries, and coordinating interviews with senior executives. Monitor media coverage and analyze trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Develop crisis communication plans and manage media responses during high-stakes situations. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, corporate communications, and project leads, to ensure alignment in messaging and positioning. Organize and facilitate media events, press conferences, and other outreach initiatives to enhance Qiddiya's visibility. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in media relations, public relations, or corporate communications, with a specific focus on international markets. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful media relations strategies on a global scale. Strong network of contacts within international media outlets and experience in crisis communication management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of media strategies. Key Roles & Responsibilities Material Receipt & Verification Receive all incoming MEP and Civil materials, equipment, and consumables at site stores. Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved material submittals. Check for damages, discrepancies, and expiry; raise inspection requests with QA/QC for approvals. Storage & Preservation Organize proper storage of materials with tagging, segregation, and protection as per manufacturer guidelines. Maintain safe storage conditions for sensitive MEP equipment (e.g., electrical panels, pumps, fire fighting equipment) and Civil materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.). Ensure materials are preserved to avoid deterioration, moisture, or handling damage. Issuance & Inventory Control Issue materials to site teams only against approved requisitions and maintain proper records. Monitor consumption and maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages. Track tools, equipment, and consumables; maintain issue/return registers. Prevent misuse, pilferage, or wastage of materials. Documentation & ERP System Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MIR (Material Inspection Report), and issuance records in line with company procedures. Update stock registers and ERP system (if applicable) on real-time base. Support project accounts in reconciliation of material consumption vs. budget. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, and Execution teams for timely material availability Comply with KSA customs, logistics, and site-specific regulations for material handling Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation with finance/commercial teams. Provide material status reports to Project Manager and Planning Engineer Safety & Housekeeping Ensure safe handling, lifting, and storage practices for heavy/fragile materials. Keep stores area clean, organized, and compliant with HSE regulations. Conduct toolbox talks for helpers/workers on safe material handling.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment. Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Wuzzuf Safety Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment. Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse activities and inventory levels. Qualifications & Requirements Education: A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Wuzzuf Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably within the food or retail industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with warehouse management software is a plus. Wuzzuf Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred.
