JASARA PMC is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and successfully. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our project managers in maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of project plans. Track project progress and report on any issues or changes to the project manager. Coordinate meetings and document minutes and action items. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders. Perform administrative functions such as preparing reports, budgets, and invoices. Support project managers with resource allocation and scheduling. Conduct research and gather information as required to assist in project decisions. Requirements Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a related role. Strong understanding of project management principles. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. A degree in management, business, or a related field is preferred.
