Job Description: Female Administrative Officer Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time Probation Period: 3 Months Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Administrative Officer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will handle general office administration, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and support various departments with clerical tasks. After successfully completing the probation period, the role may transition to Transfer Post Administrative Officer with additional responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff. Handle incoming/outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail). Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry. Support HR with onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records. Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. (If transitioned to Transfer Post Admin Officer after probation:) Oversee logistics and coordination for employee transfers or relocations. Manage travel arrangements, visa processing, and related documentation. Act as a point of contact for administrative queries from other departments. Requirements: Gender: Female (due to organizational policy). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience: 1+ year in administration, office management, or similar roles. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
