Job Summary: The Captain - Last Mile at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient transportation of guests to and from the park. This position focuses on providing a safe, enjoyable, and overall exceptional experience for all guests utilizing our transportation services. The Captain is responsible for overseeing the operation of the last mile transport services that connect guests to the park while adhering to safety protocols, company policies, and exceptional customer service standards. Job Duties: Oversee and manage the last mile transportation operations, ensuring timely and safe transport of guests. Promote guest engagement through friendly and informative interactions. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to transportation and guest services. Assist in the training and supervision of transportation staff. Monitor and assess the transportation service for continuous improvements, including guest feedback. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Handle any guest inquiries or issues that may arise during transportation. Conduct regular inspections of transportation vehicles for safety and cleanliness. Manage schedules and dispatching of transport vehicles during peak and off-peak times. Participate in emergency response activities as needed to ensure guest and staff safety. Requirements Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in transportation management, guest services, or hospitality is preferred. Experience in a theme park or entertainment environment is a plus. Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. Basic computer proficiency for reporting and scheduling. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership qualities. Problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. High level of professionalism and personal integrity. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION An IT Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel. What will I be doing?
