2008 Accord fully loaded

Hello, I'm offering a 2008 Honda Accord, fully loaded, registered in 2012, transmission and engine are perfect, I want it without any issues, the car's mileage is 500, it has a modification on the chassis head but it doesn't affect performance at all, mentioned for clarification only. The motor was recently inspected and renewed, ready for transfer. The motor is generally in very good condition; I use it every weekend and drove it to Khobar. The front end needs three to four things: A pulley bearing because the hub came out and now makes a knocking noise. An alternator or window motor—I don't know which—but the window doesn't open. An oil pump due to power steering sometimes becoming heavy. The AC needs refrigerant. The belt tensioner makes noise. The rest of the items don't need anything. I've had the car for several months; reason for selling is that I will get a brand new car, God willing. There is a minor scratch on the left fender and rear bumper. The price is negotiable.
