Certified civil engineer by the Saudi Council of Engineers, holding a valid residency permit and driver's license, with over five years of practical experience in technical office work, site supervision, and quantity surveying across various construction projects. Previously worked in Al-Khobar city for over one year on a development project involving the restoration and rehabilitation of 52 complete residential villas. Responsibilities included daily field supervision, preparation and calculation of quantities, reviewing and modifying drawings in line with project requirements, and designing residential villas to ensure quality and efficiency in execution. My duties also involved preparing payment certificates and monitoring the implementation of structural and service works such as swimming pools, sports courts, and guard buildings.
