Your responsibilities will include ensuring guests are feeling comfortable and welcome, managing patient flow, and assisting patients with mobility. At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role in the hospitality industry. Prior experience leading and managing a team. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
