Role Description The Network Engineer – Security will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures to protect organizational data and resources. This role involves working closely with cybersecurity teams to enhance network security and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities - Network Software & Routing: Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing complex network architectures. - Network Security: Hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewalls, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting. - F5 Load Balancers: basic Experience with F5 LTM (Local Traffic Manager) for optimizing application delivery and performance. -Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in diagnosing and resolving network and security issues. Requirements 3+ years of experience in network engineering Excellent communication skills for interfacing with various teams and stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Network Routing & Switching: In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies. Security Technologies: Expertise in Fortinet’s FortiGate products and related security measures. Network Performance Tuning: Experience in optimizing network performance and reliability.
