We're looking for a dynamic and motivated UX/UI Designer to join a tech start-up in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing a user-friendly experience that enhances customer engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users. Your creativity and understanding of user behavior will directly influence the success of our platform. Main Responsibilities: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive UI designs that align with user needs and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product’s direction, visuals, and experience. Create UI guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products. Continuously evaluate and improve user experience based on analytics and user feedback. Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, preferably in the fintech space. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar applications. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, including case studies demonstrating your design process. User Research Skills: Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting findings to inform design decisions. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on user-centered design principles with a keen eye for detail. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
