Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Sales Efficiency Management: Possess in-depth understanding of the entire sales process, identify key pain points, and improve sales efficiency through SOP development and optimization, tool development, and collaboration with product and R&D teams. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. Experience in retail industry operations. 3. Strong data analysis skills, sharp market insight, clear logical thinking, and the ability to identify trends and develop strategies. 4. Fluency in both English and Chinese as working languages, with strong English reading and writing skills. 5. Familiarity with the Saudi market is preferred. Onboard local B2B merchants in sectors such as HR recruitment, second-hand trading, 3C electronics, and real estate agencies to the platform, driving user growth for lifestyle services in Saudi Arabia. Manage the end-to-end local business model, from merchant onboarding and renewals to commercialization. Identify key opportunities and challenges for boosting brand awareness, user base, revenue, and product growth in overseas markets. Gain deep insights into market dynamics and cultural differences, collaborating with other teams to ensure a consistent yet personalized experience for international users. Achieve company targets related to merchant onboarding, post frequency, demand generation, DAU, user retention, and other KPIs. Job Requirements Prior work and living experience in Saudi Arabia, with familiarity in local business practices and lifestyle culture. Deep expertise and resources in at least one of the following sectors: HR recruitment, second-hand trading channels, 3C electronics channels, or real estate agencies.
