The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering is responsible for overseeing the BIM software implementation and management across various projects, ensuring standardization of processes, coordination and maintaining quality control. It is incumbent on the BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering to undertake their duties in a professional and diligent matter, always taking due care to support the required outcomes and objectives.  This includes undertaking all work activities, in a timely manner, to effectively support project timelines and formal instructions. Key Accountabilities: ·       Provide all necessary BIM support, including software, hardware, network and troubleshooting ·       Manage BIM implementation plan across the lifecycle of the project, ensuring outcomes aligned to project objectives ·       Lead and support the use of digital technology within the Project team ·       Plan and oversee the execution of data management/BIM software activities in order to meet project specific needs, in alignment with applicable standards. ·       Strategic risk management for the area they are responsible for. ·       Managing resources effectively including resources allocation, and procurement.
