Requirements Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant field. Teaching qualifications (Bachelor's/Master's in Education). 3+ years of teaching experience. Mastery of subject matter and fundamental teaching skills. Familiarity with child protection and safety standards in an educational environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and teach according to curriculum standards to ensure active and effective learning. Assess students through tests, assignments, and observations, and document their academic and personal progress. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration. Support diverse learning needs through additional guidance or provision of resources to ensure the success of all students. Communicate with parents, colleagues, and administration to monitor student progress and provide necessary support.
