Table refrigerator and vacuum cleaner for sale

Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings I have a table refrigerator for sale The problem with it, I couldn't find a solution Rust comes out from its tank, I tried to disassemble the refrigerator and clean it but couldn't fix it. Whoever knows how to repair it or take it for parts, feel free to try fixing it, it works fine except the front lights don't turn on. As for the vacuum cleaner, it has a crack as clearly shown in the picture It operates without any issues, but its suction power is weak due to the crack The sale is to the highest bidder for everyone
