Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all park attractions and rides Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on rides and equipment Assist in the training and supervision of ride operators and support staff Monitor guest activity to ensure compliance with safety regulations Respond to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance as required Manage ride queues and optimize guest flow to enhance the visitor experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas and surrounding environments Collaborate with other departments to facilitate special events and operations Participate in emergency response drills and uphold safety standards at all times Requirements: Prior experience in park operations or a related field is preferred Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements Prior experience in park operations preferred, strong understanding of safety protocols, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and within a team, detail-oriented, flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
