The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering is responsible for overseeing the BIM software implementation and management across various projects, ensuring standardization of processes, coordination and maintaining quality control. The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering will ensure the development of effective strategies for BIM management, coordination with both internal and external project team members, alignment with project schedule (including critical and strategic milestones). They will also be involved with training staff, suggesting technical solutions, and ensuring all teams are aligned with the project’s goals and compliance regulations. In addition, the BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering will work closely with the relevant NEOM sectors and stakeholders to ensure accurate flow of project/BIM/digital information are communicated, managed, and delivered. It is incumbent on the BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering to undertake their duties in a professional and diligent matter, always taking due care to support the required outcomes and objectives.  This includes undertaking all work activities, in a timely manner, to effectively support project timelines and formal instructions. Key Accountabilities: ·       Provide all necessary BIM support, including software, hardware, network and troubleshooting ·       Manage BIM implementation plan across the lifecycle of the project, ensuring outcomes aligned to project objectives ·       Lead and support the use of digital technology within the Project team ·       Plan and oversee the execution of data management/BIM software activities in order to meet project specific needs, in alignment with applicable standards. ·       Strategic risk management for the area they are responsible for. ·       Managing resources effectively including resources allocation, and procurement. Reporting on the project state in regards to BIM implementation, data management, project software needs, and workflow integration Experience: Over 15 years of experience in a BIM coordination/management role in the design, engineering and construction industry ·       GCC experience preference ·       Design & Engineering experience ·  Project Management experience Essential skills: ·       Proven track record of leading BIM management for a major contractor, consultant and/or developer delivering significant of work. ·       BIM software experience, including Revit, Rhino and other industry software and tools ·       Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal. ·       Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills ·       Strong leadership skills and experience in BIM software management, team interfacing, presentation of key project information/constraints across the various stages of a project’s lifecycle. ·       Ability to be a team player that motivates and educates other team members and comprehends complex, technical subjects. ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals. ·       Excellent knowledge of, and conversant with, development of concept strategies, development programs and business cases for large building projects. ·       Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. ·       Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions to overcome obstacles to ensure successful project execution. Key Roles & Responsibilities Material Receipt & Verification Receive all incoming MEP and Civil materials, equipment, and consumables at site stores. Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved material submittals. Check for damages, discrepancies, and expiry; raise inspection requests with QA/QC for approvals. Storage & Preservation Organize proper storage of materials with tagging, segregation, and protection as per manufacturer guidelines. Maintain safe storage conditions for sensitive MEP equipment (e.g., electrical panels, pumps, fire fighting equipment) and Civil materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.). Ensure materials are preserved to avoid deterioration, moisture, or handling damage. Issuance & Inventory Control Issue materials to site teams only against approved requisitions and maintain proper records. Monitor consumption and maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages. Track tools, equipment, and consumables; maintain issue/return registers. Prevent misuse, pilferage, or wastage of materials. Documentation & ERP System Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MIR (Material Inspection Report), and issuance records in line with company procedures. Update stock registers and ERP system (if applicable) on real-time base. Support project accounts in reconciliation of material consumption vs. budget. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, and Execution teams for timely material availability Comply with KSA customs, logistics, and site-specific regulations for material handling Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation with finance/commercial teams. Provide material status reports to Project Manager and Planning Engineer Safety & Housekeeping Ensure safe handling, lifting, and storage practices for heavy/fragile materials. Keep stores area clean, organized, and compliant with HSE regulations. Conduct toolbox talks for helpers/workers on safe material handling.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Monitor and control stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment. Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Wuzzuf Safety Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment. Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse activities and inventory levels. Qualifications & Requirements Education: A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Wuzzuf Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably within the food or retail industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with warehouse management software is a plus. Wuzzuf Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred. Language and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in machine operation or a related field. Skills: Familiarity with production processes and machinery; ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, scales); good analytical and numerical skills.
