Desired Candidate Profile Culinary diploma or professional chef certification. Proven experience working as a Chef in restaurants, cafés, or hotels. Strong cooking skills in Continental and Café cuisine. Creativity, discipline, and a passion for great food. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
