Swimming pool heater (3m wide, 6m long, 1m deep) and its dedicated filter

Peace be upon you and God's mercy and blessings. The location is Al-Taif Al-Wissam 2, and it has never been used, less than a year old, because we no longer want the swimming pool and we intend to cover it once the price is agreed upon. God is witness that we used it for less than a month; the reason is that the contractor did not complete the pool properly, causing us significant losses as it does not retain water, and we fear any structural collapses in the villa.
