JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Senior Manager to join our team. As a QA/QC Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of our projects. You will develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes, conduct inspections and audits, and lead a team of QA/QC professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC management, extensive knowledge of quality standards and regulations, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities Develop and implement QA/QC strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements Lead and manage a team of QA/QC professionals Conduct inspections and audits to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and deliverables Review and approve quality control documentation and reports Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality assurance and quality control Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC management, preferably in the construction industry Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations Proven experience in developing and implementing QA/QC procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Certifications in quality management or related field are a plus

Job Purpose Jobs at this level are responsible for for conducting internal audits of sensitive areas of business and drafting and reviewing complete audit reports. Also they are responsible for supervising the day to day work of internal auditors. Job Responsibility Work with units within specified area of work, to ensure efficient work flows and accurate outputs. Manage projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior.
