Need maintenance for window shutter in Al-Rass

Hello, I have a manual shutter. The control arm (roller) can't lift the shutter because the metal head connecting the arm to the box is broken/disconnected from its place, as shown in the attached pictures. The shutter is heavy and I can't lift it by myself. I need a skilled technician or worker to come and replace the head or connector, and reattach it securely so the shutter operates properly, or at least lift the shutter for me so it stays open.
