Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager - Corporate Infrastructure Delivery to lead our infrastructure initiatives. This position is crucial in ensuring that our corporate infrastructure projects align with the company's strategic goals and are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery processes, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of corporate infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve project goals. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing infrastructure performance and reliability. Oversee the monitoring of infrastructure systems, analyzing performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and regulations in all infrastructure-related activities. Facilitate training sessions and provide mentorship to team members to enhance skill development. Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends, incorporating relevant updates into infrastructure strategies. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to support infrastructure projects and services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery or management roles. Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure projects from inception to completion. In-depth knowledge of network architecture, server management, and cloud technologies. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
