Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Governance Specialist to support the definition, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM principles and governance standards, particularly within enterprise or government environments. Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. ITIL certification (or equivalent) required; additional certifications are a plus. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in IT and business/industry environments. Strong background in defining, designing, deploying, and managing ITSM processes. Experience in service lifecycle management and IT governance implementation. Competencies & Skills: Expert-level understanding of ITSM principles (e.g., ITIL). Strong grasp of enterprise IT technologies and their governance implications. Proven experience operationalizing ITSM standards and governance frameworks. Familiarity with local and international IT governance standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within national government or semi-government entities is strongly preferred.
