We are working on an acquisition deal for a packaging and bottling plant with high professionalism. An agreement has been reached with the factory for immediate takeover through a sales contract, and the full purchase amount (900 thousand Riyal) will be paid after 60 days. We have the right to use the factory, operate it, and market the products from the first day. The expected revenues per month are around a minimum of 250 thousand Riyal with the current production capacity. If we add several new production lines, the monthly income is expected to reach (350 - 400 thousand Riyal). We are looking for an investor who can cover the costs of the first two months, which are approximately 150 thousand Riyal or slightly more.
