Understanding of Business Operations | Basic understanding of Finance (COR, SG&A, EBITA, Retained Earnings, Dividends & Reserves) | How does a business make money (unit of economy) Understanding of IT service delivery models | Aware of basic methodologies of Project Management life cycle in software solutions development (like agile, scrum, waterfall, kanban) etc.. Expert in handling data (systematic data and real life unclean data) with ability to extract valuable insights from it Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, word) with ability to present and visualize the data in an impactful manner Someone who is able to collaborate with multiple stake holders Able to manage day to day work by ensuring critical timelines are met.
