Selling original quarter candles and chassis

Selling original candles, all of them are complete except one has something inside but I don't know what it is, shown in the first picture. I've had the motor for 4 years and a few months, haven't removed the candles yet, and they need external polishing. The assembled unit price is 450, and I prefer a quick sale.
