26-inch folding exercise bike

Hello, I'm offering you a (folding) bicycle. Problems with it: The derailleurs are broken, meaning you can't shift gears or change speeds, but you can still ride it in one fixed gear without shifting. 2: The rear tire has a slight bulge, probably from age. 3: There are some scratches. Bicycle features: Front hydraulic suspension with lock and unlock function. Rear regular suspension. Disc brakes; the front brake doesn't grip well. ((Folding)) Used for one year.
