We are hiring across Pastry, Cold, Hot, and Prep Sections, and are seeking culinary professionals with a passion for delivering fresh, flavourful Mediterranean dishes in a relaxed café-style environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage your assigned section independently, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to high standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support daily service and smooth operations. Uphold all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times. Monitor stock levels in your section and communicate effectively to avoid shortages or waste. Contribute to the development of new menu items and seasonal dishes within your specialty. Mentor junior kitchen staff and maintain a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role, preferably within a Mediterranean or modern café-style kitchen. Solid technical knowledge relevant to your section (pastry, cold, hot, or prep). Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and a hands-on attitude. Roles & Responsibilities Operate a skid steer (bobcat) to load, transport, and unload materials. Operate mobile or fixed cranes to lift, move, and position heavy loads. Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance on both skid steer and crane equipment. Ensure all loads are secure and properly balanced before moving or lifting. Work in coordination with ground crews and other team members to ensure safe and efficient operations. Follow all safety regulations, site policies, and operating procedures. Maintain accurate records of operations, loads moved, and equipment inspections. Identify and report any faults or safety hazards immediately. Support general site operations as needed. Desired Candidate Profile Valid skid steer operator certification. Current Crane Operator Licence (e.g., C6, C1, CO – depending on load capacity). Proven experience operating both skid steer and cranes in a construction, industrial, or transport setting. Strong understanding of load management, lifting techniques, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret load charts and lifting plans. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor, fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Develop and maintain supplier networks, ensuring fresh, high-quality, and cost-effective in Frozen, Sauces, Spices& Condiments Fruits & Vegetables, Bakery, Rice, Pasta, Noodels, Dairy, Egg, Oil, Cheese, Fresh Seafood, Fresh Chicken, Fresh Meat, Packed& Canned Food procurement. 2. Manage inventory and shelf life to reduce waste and improve turnover. 3. Plan and execute procurement based on client needs, ensuring timely and stable supply. 4. Oversee product operations, including listings, descriptions, promotions, and quality updates. 5. Optimize costs and enhance profit margins through negotiation and process improvements. Requirements: 1. B2B foodservice procurement experience in Riyadh, familiar with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket needs. 2. Knowledge of Riyadh’s key wholesale markets and local supply chains. 3. have 1+ years of fruit and vegetable procurement experience. 4. Strong market insight, cost control, negotiation, and supplier management skills. 5. Proficiency in English and Arabic for daily communication. Salary: SAR 9000+ Per Month, depends on experience
