The Senior Manager Planning & Scheduling supports the Projects Controls Senior Director (PCSD) in managing all aspects of the Planning, Document Control, Quality, Risk & Reporting Functions.   In coordination with the PCD, they will assist & manage the package/s from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality. They will collaborate with each of the Project Directors & their teams, Contractors, Consultants to ensure smooth project delivery, adherence to project timelines, and efficient use of project resources. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the PCSD & Project Teams PD’s and Team members to define project scope, goals, and objectives. Manage project timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor & Check on all project critical and sub-critical activities, including design, permitting, construction, quality control, and risk management. Lead the integration of Speed park wide project schedules, identify key/critical interfaces, challenges and explore mitigation/responses to schedule interface challenges. Coordinate with the Senior Manager Risks (SMR) on project risks, delays, and issues, and provide timely solutions to address these challenges. Take a principal role in the analysis of EOT claims and the gathering of relevant counter claim information. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Facilitate weekly project progress reports and updates to the PD and key stakeholders. Facilitate lead regular Speed park wide Project Controls functional meetings. Assist with developing & implementing project communication plans, including stakeholder engagement, and change management.   Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, Engineering or Buildings preferred. 15+ years of experience in project controls, project management in mixed use construction and related fields. Extensive experience in the use of P6 including complex claim analysis. Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and provide decision making options in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire project teams. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, and experience working with project management software. Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements applicable to mixed use construction or related projects. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines. Saudi experience, availability in the local market is preferred

Director, Construction Security
The Construction Security Director will play a critical role in managing security for the clients construction project. The position will be embedded within the Delivery Team and will have a close working relationship with the Security Department. The Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security-related activities and issues within the construction environment. They will also work closely with delivery partners to ensure that security strategies and plans are developed, implemented, and maintained throughout the construction process. Role tasks and responsibilities: - Lead and manage all construction security activities within the clients project, ensuring compliance with security protocols. - Develop and implement security strategies and plans in collaboration with the Delivery Team and external delivery partners. - Ensure that all security measures are aligned with local and international standards, addressing both physical and cyber security threats. - Oversee risk assessments, threat evaluations, and vulnerability analyses specific to the construction environment. - Act as the key security liaison between the Delivery Team and the clients Security team, ensuring proper communication and coordination. - Monitor and audit security processes for compliance and improvement. - Manage emergency response protocols and contingency planning for construction security incidents. - Work with construction contractors to ensure security policies are enforced on-site. - Provide regular updates and reports on security matters to both the Delivery Team and the Security Department. - Collaborate with external security partners, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure effective security management. - Stay up to date on emerging threats and security trends relevant to the construction industry. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
