Male Pearl Ring Parrot

Male Indian parrot for sale, one year and a few months old. It was tame, but due to traveling it has become lonely, though it doesn't bite me. It comes onto the hand, whistles, imitates clothing sounds, whistles, and says incomprehensible words. The bird needs attention; its tail and half its feathers have fallen out from excessive stress. It no longer lets me get close, but when I hold it firmly, it sits normally. I bought it for 1400 and it's up for negotiation.
