Roles & Responsibilities Stores / Warehouse Management Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of spare parts, consumables, tools, and chemicals. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safe handling of materials, particularly chemicals and hazardous goods. Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system (manual or ERP). Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions for replenishment in coordination with procurement. Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy. Ensure safe housekeeping and compliance with safety standards in the warehouse. Administration Support Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and related HR documentation. Support onboarding and induction of new staff and contractors. Assist with travel bookings, staff accommodations, and logistics arrangements. Manage office supplies, utilities, and administrative services for the plant. Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and internal communications. Compliance & Coordination Ensure proper documentation of material movements (issue, return, and disposal). Support compliance with ISO and QHSE management system requirements for stores and administration. Coordinate with O&M, procurement, and finance teams for timely reporting and approvals. Support emergency preparedness with adequate stock of critical spares, PPE, and consumables. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in stores/warehouse management and administrative functions, preferably in utilities, desalination, water treatment, or industrial O&M. Knowledge of inventory management practices, ERP systems, and stock control. Familiarity with safe handling and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials. Strong administrative background with experience in HR and office support.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred. Language and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Qualifications / Requirements Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or vocational training; relevant technical certificates are a plus. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in machine operation or a related field. Skills: Familiarity with production processes and machinery; ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, scales); good analytical and numerical skills. Physical Requirements: Good physical stamina and endurance to handle the demands of the job. Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
