Our meetings are for 2 hours and will be divided to 3 segments. 1- **Prepared Speech Segment,** where a member has a prepared speech/ presentation or a project to deliver. Where s(he) had worked on for several days. 2- **Impromptu Speech Segment AKA Table Topics** \- where member and guests can participate ad respond to questions of the spot usually it is 1\-2 min\. speech\. 3- **Evaluation and Feedback segment** where evaluators provide positive and supportive feedback and evaluation to help members and guests improve and become better. **Guests can join the meeting for free.**
