Two TVs and an old desktop computer and an old laptop

The big TV has a problem that it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, but if it works, there's no issue. The second one, at the black connector area, doesn't work and the screen blurs and the sound distorts. The laptop and the computer are old; I don't use them, so I don't know their defects. Anyone who wants can state their price and communication will be established with them
