The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering is responsible for overseeing the BIM software implementation and management across various projects, ensuring standardization of processes, coordination and maintaining quality control. The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering will ensure the development of effective strategies for BIM management, coordination with both internal and external project team members, alignment with project schedule (including critical and strategic milestones). The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering will facilitate digital project execution according to specific NEOM standards, guidelines, and practices. They will also be involved with training staff, suggesting technical solutions, and ensuring all teams are aligned with the project’s goals and compliance regulations. The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering will ensure the development of effective strategies for BIM management, coordination with both internal and external project team members, alignment with project schedule (including critical and strategic milestones). The BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering will facilitate digital project execution according to specific NEOM standards, guidelines, and practices. They will also be involved with training staff, suggesting technical solutions, and ensuring all teams are aligned with the project’s goals and compliance regulations. In addition, the BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering will work closely with the relevant NEOM sectors and stakeholders to ensure accurate flow of project/BIM/digital information are communicated, managed, and delivered. It is incumbent on the BIM Senior Manager – Design Engineering to undertake their duties in a professional and diligent matter, always taking due care to support the required outcomes and objectives.  This includes undertaking all work activities, in a timely manner, to effectively support project timelines and formal instructions. Key Accountabilities: ·       Provide all necessary BIM support, including software, hardware, network and troubleshooting ·       Manage BIM implementation plan across the lifecycle of the project, ensuring outcomes aligned to project objectives ·       Lead and support the use of digital technology within the Project team ·       Plan and oversee the execution of data management/BIM software activities in order to meet project specific needs, in alignment with applicable standards. ·       Strategic risk management for the area they are responsible for. ·       Managing resources effectively including resources allocation, and procurement. Reporting on the project state in regards to BIM implementation, data management, project software needs, and workflow integration Experience: Over 15 years of experience in a BIM coordination/management role in the design, engineering and construction industry ·       GCC experience preference ·       Design & Engineering experience ·  Project Management experience Essential skills: ·       Proven track record of leading BIM management for a major contractor, consultant and/or developer delivering significant of work. ·       BIM software experience, including Revit, Rhino and other industry software and tools ·       Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal. ·       Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills ·       Strong leadership skills and experience in BIM software management, team interfacing, presentation of key project information/constraints across the various stages of a project’s lifecycle. ·       Ability to be a team player that motivates and educates other team members and comprehends complex, technical subjects. ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals. ·       Excellent knowledge of, and conversant with, development of concept strategies, development programs and business cases for large building projects. ·       Ability to work in a high-pressure environment. ·       Demonstrate a strong ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions to overcome obstacles to ensure successful project execution.
