Accountant Manager

Responsibilities Manage the accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities. Monitor and reconcile financial discrepancies, providing solutions where necessary. Collaborate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation. Prepare budgets and forecasts and analyze variances to support management decision-making. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's or CPA designation is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
