Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain technical components within Oracle HRMS modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Self-Service, and AME). Develop and customize Oracle Reports, Alerts, and Workflow Builder objects. Modify and maintain Oracle HRMS standard objects including Views, Tables, and Packages. Create and deploy custom user hooks, personalization, and triggers. Develop and maintain OAF (Oracle Application Framework) pages tailored to business requirements. Integrate with Oracle standard APIs and ensure data consistency and process automation. Collaborate with Functional Consultants to understand and implement business requirements. Participate in technical design reviews, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and technical configurations. Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides. Work with DBA and infrastructure teams to support migrations, backups, and environment setups. Ensure code follows Oracle best practices and complies with organizational security standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS development. Hands-on experience with Oracle Reports, Forms, and Workflow Builder. Familiarity with HRMS schema and standard APIs. Proficiency in English; Arabic is optional.
