Job Title: Director of Performance and Institutional Excellence Responsibilities: Prepare the company's strategic and operational plans in collaboration with relevant departments, based on senior leadership insights and organizational goals. Periodically update the strategic and operational plans to ensure alignment with future directions and market needs. Monitor the implementation of the strategic and operational plans across all departments to ensure achievement of defined objectives. Develop and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect institutional performance across various departments. Monitor and analyze departmental performance based on KPIs to identify gaps and develop improvement strategies. Redesign processes to improve quality across all functions. Ensure compliance with recognized local and international standards to achieve institutional excellence. Provide consultation and guidance to departments on improving performance and adhering to standards. Prepare policies and procedures for all departments within the organization. Ensure that all policies and procedures align with the company's strategic goals and quality standards. Ensure compliance with implemented policies and procedures. Periodically review policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and relevance to organizational changes. Provide direction and support to departments in implementing and complying with policies and procedures. Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance management, institutional excellence, or quality management. Skills and Knowledge: Fluency in both Arabic and English languages. In-depth knowledge of quality and performance management concepts. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership skills and strategic planning and analytical abilities. Excellent communication skills. Job Requirements: Qualifications and Experience: · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. · Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance management, institutional excellence, or quality. Skills and Knowledge: · Fluent in speaking and writing Arabic and English. · In-depth knowledge of quality and performance management concepts. · Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
