Adree is looking for a dynamic Software Sales Director to lead our software sales initiatives and drive our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of achieving sales targets while managing a diverse team of sales professionals. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance, develop skills, and nurture a culture of success. Set ambitious sales goals and ensure that the team meets or exceeds them within defined timelines. Enhance customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats. Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotional strategies. Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Present sales forecasts and market analysis to senior management. Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales team members. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 8+ years of experience in software sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a high degree of initiative. Extensive network and contacts within the software industry. Willingness to travel as required.
