Assist in conducting engineering design under the supervision of experienced engineers Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings Collect and analyze data to support engineering projects and decision-making processes Utilize computer software to solve basic engineering problems and improve design efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mechanical solutions Participate in project planning and execution, adhering to agreed-upon budgets and schedules Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Exposure to CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks Familiarity with computer software for solving engineering problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies in the field Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures Willingness to take initiative and contribute innovative ideas
