Job Title: Brand Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Salary: SAR 35,000 per month Benefits: Medical Insurance, Annual Flight Ticket, Live-out Arrangement About the Role: An iconic, internationally renowned all-day dining café brand—celebrated for its creative dishes, vibrant atmosphere, and dedication to wholesome, beautifully presented food—is seeking an experienced BrandManager to lead its flagship operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who excels in driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth execution of service and kitchen standards. Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, including Front of House, Back of House, and supervisory staff. Drive operational efficiency while upholding the brand’s renowned standards of presentation, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including cost control, budgeting, and revenue growth. Implement and maintain brand guidelines and operational procedures across all areas. Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives, marketing activations, and customer engagement programs. Recruit, train, and retain high-caliber team members, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Manage inventory and supplier relationships to guarantee product availability and quality. Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the café premises to ensure a welcoming, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Brand Manager or similar senior leadership role within high-end cafés, all-day dining, or premium casual dining concepts. Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, financial management, and team leadership. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and innovative culinary offerings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in managing high-volume, fast-paced environments. Knowledge of Saudi Arabian market and local labor regulations is highly desirable. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Role Purpose Enable strategy execution by planning and managing the division projects throughout its lifecycle underpinned by fit to purpose methodology. The job holder is also expected to manage the team, and keep track of output and performance and look for innovative solutions to problems that may arise and ensure teams adherence to the project management framework and use the right tools, processes and reporting principles. Job Accountabilities & Activities Project Management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain community support for the Project and to solicit input to improve the Project delivery. Coordinate the delivery of services within the Project to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the Project. Develop a Project evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the Project and to identify areas for improvement. Ensure continuous alignment between the Project of projects and the customer strategic objectives, as well as departmental and corporate goals Ensure that all financial records for the individual projects making up the Project are up to date Ensure that forms and records to document Project activities are maintained Ensure that Project activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards Identify and evaluate the risks associated with Project and project activities and take appropriate action to control the risks Liaise with head of the division, Business Development Manager, Sales Managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure delivery or unique goals and reducing rework. Core Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the management teams of various operational modules within the Saudi subsidiary to understand business strategies and objectives, identify HR needs, and develop and implement HR plans that support business growth. 2. Ensure the local implementation and execution of HR policies from the Centers of Excellence (COE). 6. Reporting Line: Head of Human Resources, Middle East and North Africa Region. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; English proficiency sufficient for use as a working language; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. 2. Minimum of 3 years of solid HR experience; candidates with training module experience are preferred. 3. Alignment with company culture. 4. Strong leadership, cross-cultural management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
