Tires, rims, and wheel covers

It only fits a 15-inch rim with a maximum limit of 150, two rims sized 15 and two tires sized 15. My rims are three in total; one is empty, and the other two are damaged. I also have three tires that I never used—I changed the tires as soon as I bought the bike. The red bike has tubeless tires, while the second bike has a tubeless front tire and a tubed rear tire, but one of the rims is damaged.
