About the Role As the Senior Product Manager - Omnichannel Products, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our omnichannel messaging and social listening capabilities, a core part of the Lucidya suite used daily by some of MENA’s top enterprise brands. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data, design, and customer success to build powerful communication tools that help businesses manage and optimize their customer interactions across social, web, chat, and messaging platforms, all in one place. Requirements What You’ll Do Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Lucidya’s Social Listening and Omnichannel Messaging products. Translate complex user needs into clear product opportunities through discovery, validation, and iterative delivery. Stay on top of market trends, competitor offerings, and API capabilities across major social and messaging platforms. Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to build innovative, AI-enhanced features. Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer challenges and ensure product-market fit. Use data (quantitative & qualitative) to monitor feature adoption, retention, and product health. Ensure the omnichannel experience integrates smoothly across the Lucidya suite, aligning with our broader CXM vision. Be the go-to expert for your product area, from roadmap and metrics to positioning and customer conversations. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in SaaS B2B environments. Proven track record in building or scaling data-rich or analytics-based products. Strong understanding of social media platforms, APIs, conversational channels, and customer engagement workflows. Ability to define, prioritize, and execute on high-impact product opportunities. Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with engineers, designers, and data scientists. Strong communication and leadership skills - fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus). Comfortable speaking with enterprise clients, gathering feedback, and turning it into product value. Passion for customer experience, digital communication, and the role of AI in CX. Bonus Points Experience with CX platforms, MarTech tools, or support automation suites. Familiarity with social listening tech, sentiment analysis, or natural language processing (NLP). Worked on multi-product suites or platform-level products with shared services or integrations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills. Experience working with concept stores or experiential retail environments is a strong plus. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred. Language and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
