We are looking for a proactive and experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to drive the successful delivery of ServiceNow platform initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business needs are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the product backlog for one or more ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps) Act as the voice of the customer, gathering requirements and translating them into well-defined epics, features, and user stories Prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact ServiceNow features Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives) Ensure alignment between product development and strategic objectives Validate delivered functionality and ensure it meets business expectations Support UAT and release planning, and communicate changes to stakeholders Track KPIs and metrics to measure platform usage and success Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in IT or Digital Transformation, with 2+ years as a ServiceNow Product Owner or Business Analyst Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management concepts Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow rollouts Background in technology consulting or product development
