Senior Dry Utilities Design Manager

Any other relevant post-graduate degrees/diplomas would also be an advantage. Professional registration in respective discipline (i.e. Chartered Engineer or similar) is necessary. Proven experience planning, designing and delivery of large-scale and complex dry utilities projects. Experience in delivery to program, balancing competing requirements on project to deliver design outcome (e.g. cost v. time v. quality).  Previous KSA/Middle East experience will be an advantage. Diverse experience working within Mega/large scale complex design and construction programs across private and/or government sectors would be an advantage. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget is necessary. Experience in coordinating and executing design activities, managing design consultants, engaging with stakeholders and coordinating design team members is crucial for this role.
