Based in Saudi Arabia, you will lead the BIM strategy for a diverse range of infrastructure projects, ensuring that excellence in design and execution are always achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Project Employer Information Requirements (EIR) and ensure compliance with BIM standards. Create and maintain BIM Execution Plans for complex projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Serve as a primary resource for project teams, addressing BIM-related challenges and providing guidance. Collaborate with the IT department to coordinate effective management of the Common Data Environment. Assist in the development of the F&E Asset Information Model (AIM) post-project completion, ensuring accurate data integration. Implement information management protocols that support the generation of BIM models during design and Digital Twin models during operations and maintenance phases. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field. At least 7 years of professional experience in BIM management or a similar capacity. In-depth knowledge of BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and similar tools. Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols. Demonstrated leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach. Experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market is preferred.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning and directing projects to ensure that our client’s objectives are accomplished within prescribed timelines and budgets. The Sr. PM will manage a dynamic team of individuals who constantly search for creative ways to elevate the capabilities of technology systems to meet business requirements, by capitalizing on emerging technologies and adapting technologies to the needs of the customer.
