Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Design Manager for Roads & Earthworks to join our dynamic development team. In this position, you will take the lead in managing the design and delivery of road and earthwork projects, crucial for the connectivity and accessibility of Qiddiya's vast developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in road design, earthworks, and geotechnical projects. The Senior Design Manager will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions that facilitate the growth of Qiddiya, promoting environmental stewardship and social responsibility. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in design management, with a focus on roads, earthworks, and civil infrastructure projects. Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure designs, Roads & Earthworks experience can include Civils, Structure, Utilities, Pavements, Drainage. Familiarity with industry-standard design software and tools, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams effectively. Knowledge of current civil engineering standards, regulations, and environmental practices. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience with sustainability in design practices will be an advantage. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to changing project requirements seamlessly.
